Holiday weeks add $300.00 to the rate (Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years)

Rates Based on 8 people, additional persons add $15.00 per person per day.

Details of rental

 

DEPOSIT
When you make a reservation you will receive a confirmation and deposit request within 24 hours. A twenty-five (25%) percent or $500.00 deposit, whichever is greater is required at the time of your reservation.

BALANCES
Your balance and security deposit is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, which must be paid by check or bank wire.

ARRIVAL
Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. This time has been scheduled so that we can have the property properly cleaned and inspected for the arriving guest. If possible we will provide you with the key earlier than 3:00pm.

DEPARTURE
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. please close and lock all windows and sliding glass doors before you leave your accommodations and set the air conditioner at 80 degrees auto/cool.

CLEANING
LEAVE BEDS UN-MADE if used; last day's sheets and towels only. There is an extra charge if there is additional laundry. DINNERWARE AND SILVERWARE should be cleaned and placed where found. PLEASE REMOVE USED FOOD from cabinets and refrigerator. TRASH AND RECYCLABLE'S should be removed from the house. IF YOU REQUEST TO HAVE the house CLEANED periodically during your stay, we will make arrangements and bill accordingly.

OCCUPANCY
The occupancy of our home is limited to the number of persons indicated on your rental confirmation.

KEYS
2 sets of keys are left on kitchen counter. You will receive the code to the key box via email or fax approximately 2 weeks before your rental period.

PETS
NO PETS! They are not permitted in our house whatsoever.

NO SMOKING POLICY
We do not allow smoking of any kind in our home. Please confine all smoking outside at the pool/lanai area or outdoors.

PHONE CALLS
Instructions to use the phone will be in your unit. You must use your long distance calling cards or a credit card.

CANCELLATIONS
If you notify us in writing or by e-mail ninety (90) days in advance of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel within the ninety (90) days of your scheduled arrival you will forfeit all monies paid unless our house is re-rented for that period of time.

SECURITY DEPOSITS
We will hold a MINIMUM $500.00 security deposit. This money will be returned within 4-6 weeks provided there are no damages or extra fees.

REPAIRS

GARBAGE
Garbage pick-up is on Monday and Thursdays. All recyclable's are put in the green container on Thursdays. Please place all garbage at the curb the night before.

ACCESSORIES
You are welcome to use any of the fishing poles, golf clubs, pool toys etc. We would appreciate it if you would put all of the accessories back where you found them so there is less for the management company to do.

ELECTRICITY
There is a $150.00 electricity allowance per month. Additional usage will be billed to the tenant. (Monthly Tenants Only)

GUEST ADVISORY
To our wonderful guests we need to instill several cautions which will help to make your stay as problem free as possible. Please take a minute to read this page and familiarize yourself with the following:
The property is near the waters edge. Please keep your children in sight and away from the edge of the Canal at all times. The water is beautiful, but unforgiving, especially for children.
We also have a pool. Again, please keep the children in site when they are near the pool. Keep the sliders closed and locked when playing in any room that allows access to the pool.
The property uses a septic system for waste removal from toilets. Anything dumped in the toilets ends up in a tank in the septic system. Please do not deposit any products into the toilet that are not specifically designed to be flushed. State of the art kitchen. We have built a wonderful state of the art kitchen. Always keep children out of the kitchen when you are cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a Cook-top. Cook-tops are wonderful to cook on, but require special care: Please do not drag pots across them as you can scratch the surface. Also, never use abrasive cleaning products on the cook-top.
Please always keep all windows and doors at our property locked when you leave the house each time. Marco Island is very safe, but we do not like to take any chances with your valuables or our own.
